CHICAGO, May 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Business Insurance, a Crain Communications publication for risk and benefits managers, is expanding its technology coverage to include quarterly print specialty issues and a monthly electronic newsletter.
The next print Quarterly Tech Focus issue – Electronic Placement of Insurance -- will be available May 14. Subsequent 2012 issues will be available Sept. 24 and Oct. 29. The inaugural monthly e-newsletter, Tech Insights, will debut in early May. Business Insurance will provide in-depth news and analysis, in both the e-newsletter and the publication, about technological innovations that affect the insurance industry.
Business Insurance's associate editor, Bill Kenealy, will lead the publication's enhanced tech initiative. Before joining Business Insurance, Kenealy was senior editor at Insurance Networking News in Chicago, where he covered insurance technology and regulatory issues. Previously, he held editorial positions at a variety of business publications.
Kenealy has a bachelor's degree in magazine journalism from the University of Kansas. He received a Silver Award for Best Feature Article from the American Society of Business Publication Editors in 2007.
