Business Owner, Politician - Whilly Bermudez Sets Forth the 2010 Florida Business Expo for a Good Cause
MIAMI, April 28 /PRNewswire/ -- "I have the desire to do all that I can to help Floridians in this difficult economic environment," states candidate for the Florida House of Representatives and small business owner, Whilly Bermudez. Best known for his charitable acts and community involvement, the activist has set in motion one of the largest Business Expo events in South Florida history to benefit local students. Whilly Bermudez aims to give much needed support to our local economy and provide relief to working class families. He will accomplish this by organizing a one day Business Expo where 300 local businesses as well as national companies will showcase their products and services to the more than 15,000 consumers that are expected to attend the 2010 Florida Business Expo & Back to School Fest on Saturday, August 21, 2010 from 10AM to 8PM at the DoubleTree Miami Mart located at 711 NW 72 Avenue Miami, Florida, 33126.
"The Florida Business Expo is a vehicle that will enable me to accomplish three goals that will help thousands of people in our community. Number one - Get business owners in front of their core consumers, Number two - Give families financial relief that they deserve by providing free school supplies to students, Three - Help create some jobs. Creating jobs: this is what our state and our nation really need. This is a win–win situation for everyone," says Whilly Bermudez. For this venture, Whilly unites with prominent attorney and television host of La Ley ('The Law'), a nightly television program, Mr. John H. Ruiz. The two community leaders share a mutual respect and admiration, and have collaborated successfully on various endeavors. "John is one of the few people that can understand my passion for people because he has it too," says Bermudez.
The Florida Business Expo will feature exhibitors from all industries and help them to gain the potential of new sales and business networking. The event will also include an Agenda of keynote speakers as well as live musical entertainment. The 2010 Florida Business Expo & Back to School Fest will be televised live on La Ley program on the GenTV Network which reaches almost 2 million viewers. "The marketing and positioning opportunity that our event will provide exhibitors is unprecedented. Never before has a Business Expo been produced for such a good cause and televised," explains Mr. Ruiz.
Whilly Bermudez and John H. Ruiz are doing their part to help as proceeds generated through the purchase of booth space by exhibitors will enable the group to provide free school supplies to 10,000 students. "Nothing Whilly does surprises me. As I've stated all of the times that I have been asked, Whilly Bermudez does more for the community as a private citizen than most of the elected officials sitting in office. He cares about people and it shows all the time," said Mr. Bill Anastacio, Bank of America executive and Exhibitor at the 2010 Florida Business Expo & Back to School Fest.
We want to encourage business owners to register and secure their booth space via 305.807.1621 or www.FloridaBusinessExpo2010.com Participating as a 2010 Exhibitor means great exposure for each business while we make it possible for our students to leave the event with their back to school supplies.
