By Nature® Pet Foods Teams Up with Big Dog Ranch Rescue to Boost Pet Adoptions

MUSCATINE, Iowa, July 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- By Nature^® Pet Foods is partnering with Wellington, Florida-based "Big Dog Ranch Rescue" for an all-day adoption event that will look to find new homes for rescue dogs and new funding to support their shelter.

As the exclusive dog food partner of Big Dog Ranch Rescue, By Nature^® is helping Big Dog Ranch Rescue host the adoption event, which will take place on August 4^th at Pet Supplies Plus in Lake Park, Florida. Big Dog Ranch Rescue is currently a finalist in this year's SPCA Rachel Ray $100K Challenge, a nationwide challenge where shelters compete to save the lives of as many dogs and cats as possible. The shelter with the biggest increase in lives saved between August and October is eligible to win a grand prize of $100,000. The adoption event will help Big Dog Ranch Rescue in its goal of finding homes for pets and winning the grand prize.
