PLANTATION, Fla. and TWIN FALLS, Idaho, Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- C3/CustomerContactChannels ("C3"), a global provider of business process outsourcing services, announced today the official grand opening of its contact center in Twin Falls, ID.  Since announcing its plans to open the center back in June, the Company has hired nearly 900 people in Twin Falls with plans to hire approximately 75 more people before the end of the year.

Located at 851 Pole Line Road in Twin Falls, the new center is approximately 48,000 square feet in size.  The majority of the jobs are customer service representatives, licensed insurance agents, and management positions for the center.  In addition to the TFURA, The College of Southern Idaho, the Department of Labor, the Department of Commerce and the Department of Insurance all played key roles leading up the Company's rapid success in Twin Falls.
