NEW YORK, Feb. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- C&A Consulting, a New York-based consultancy in the financial services industry, has hired two new senior professionals to build its compliance and regulatory practice. Noland Cheng, Managing Partner of C&A Consulting, stated, "In building C&A's core consulting practice, our work repeatedly converged with the compliance space of our clients, across various types of programs in which we were engaged. By the way we approach our work, we tend to bring a compliance and control attitude in our projects, given the experience of our senior professionals who subscribe to the theory that good processes reinforce good compliance.
