
CAF Presents a Conversation With Desiree Rogers
Luncheon to Feature Former Special Assistant to the President and White House Social Secretary
CHICAGO, March 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Chicago Advertising Federation (CAF) will host a luncheon featuring former White House Social Secretary Desiree Rogers, the organization announced today. The event will be held Thursday, April 29, at The Palmer House Hilton. Gloria Scoby, senior vice president/ group publisher, Crain Communications, Inc., will moderate the conversation with Rogers who will address several topics, including her role as Special Assistant to the President and White House Social Secretary.

As Social Secretary, Rogers' team executed over 330 wide-ranging events at the White House. Prior to entering public service, she was president of social networking at Allstate Financial; and held positions as the president of Peoples Gas and director of the Illinois Lottery.
Rogers will provide CAF constituents an inside point of view of the public and private landscapes with questions posed by Scoby. Luncheon attendees will have the opportunity to submit questions through online registration.
A portion of the proceeds from the luncheon will benefit the Off the Street Club, CAF's major charitable organization and also the oldest girls and boys club on Chicago's west side. The public is invited to attend, and registration is required.
