Cahoot Learning Announces New MIT Professional Education Professional Certificate Programs

FALLS CHURCH, Va., Oct. 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Cahoot Learning International, Inc. in collaboration with MIT Professional Education Digital Plus Programs has announced a new, dual-track professional certificates program. Leading in the Transformative Era focuses on the business impact of key trends of the fourth industrial revolution, while Strategic Leadership & Innovation develops skills needed to build high-performing teams and cultures with greater capacity for successful innovation.

Both four-course certificates require participants start by taking The Intersection of Leadership & Innovation, taught by Dr. David Niño, senior lecturer in the Bernard M. Gordon-MIT Engineering Leadership Program.

After starting with a live, half-day session, courses move to the state-of-the-art Cahoot Learning collaborative learning platform. Designed for working cohorts of approximately 50, with an unlimited number of cohorts running at any one time, the platform replicates the collaborative learning experience of the classroom through the use of a broad range of synchronous and asynchronous tools and activities. Participants work in the full group and as well as in small, three- to five-person teams for specific assignments, all facilitated by the platform. Cahoot Learning facilitators monitor and guide individual and group engagement throughout the courses.
