The Distinctive Edge has held a number of fundraising events in recent years to support Operation Smile, a children's medical charity that provides free surgeries to repair cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial deformities for children around the globe. Through events such as silent auctions and bowling tournaments, The Distinctive Edge has raised more than $6,000 for the cause – enough for 25 smiles.
