Caldwell Partners Strengthens Financial Services and Board & CEO Practices With Addition of Richard Perkey

With more than 25 years of executive search experience, Mr. Perkey has conducted CEO and board director searches across North America for leading organizations in the financial services, healthcare, insurance, information services, and consumer products sectors. He also leads client engagements in the areas of succession planning and leadership development.

Mr. Perkey joins Caldwell Partners from Russell Reynolds Associates, where he was a member of the CEO & Board Services and Consumer & Commercial Financial Services practices. Previously he was area manager for the Atlanta office, and practice leader for Consumer Financial Services. Prior to entering the executive search industry in 1991, he was with First Union Corporation in the General Banking Group.

Mr. Perkey holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Davidson College. He has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation, the Board of Visitors of Davidson College, and the Board of Directors of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.

Based in the firm's Atlanta office, Mr. Perkey joins Jeff Lemming, leader of the firm's Consumer, Retail & e-Commerce Practice and Rodes Cole, a partner in the Professional Services Practice.
