Caldwell Partners Strengthens Technology Sector with addition of Renowned Specialist in Recruiting of Technology, Digital and Data Leaders

(TSX: CWL) today announced a major enhancement to its recruiting capabilities in technology with the addition of Shawn Banerji as the managing partner of the firm's Technology, Digital and Data Leaders Practice, and a member of the company's Stamford office.

Specializing in the global technology sector, Mr. Banerji recruits CIOs and CTOs across major industries, including financial services, telecom/technology, retail/consumer, healthcare, industrial/natural resources, as well as media and internet. He also has extensive experience in business process outsourcing, process improvement, and shared services. His clients include high-growth businesses, large corporations, and investors and their portfolio companies.

Mr. Banerji joins Caldwell Partners from Russell Reynolds Associates, where he was a leader in the Technology Officers Practice, and was a member of the FinTech Practice. Mr. Banerji is an ex officio board member of the Society for Information Management (SIM), an advisor to Columbia University's M.A. Technology Program and a contributor to MIT's Annual CIO Symposium. In addition, he serves on the Advisory Boards of three prominent PE portfolio companies.
