California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Selects Efforts to Outcomes (ETO®) software to Support Outcomes Case Management

Drawing from The Future of California Corrections Blueprint, this initiative supports highly-individualized rehabilitation services through the use of evidenced based programming to offenders in Alternative Custody in state-contracted rehabilitation programs, across 22 defined program areas. By leveraging research-based ETO Performance Models, the State is able to implement a software solution rapidly while more effectively managing the contracted services aimed at reducing recidivism.  Though services will be highly individualized at the local level—across providers, programs and communities throughout the state of California—outcomes will be measured and managed in a common way, to ensure meaningful, accurate, actionable reporting.
