The 51-page eBook is an informational guide on California DUI law and defenses to DUI in California.  It provides an overview of the court process and what those charged with a DUI can do to protect themselves and minimize the legal damage. 

Martens said that most people charged with a DUI in California have had little or no interaction with the criminal justice system.  They are unaware of their rights and are intimidated by the legal process.
