BAKERSFIELD, Calif., Feb. 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Confie announced today that California Insurance Specialists (CIS) has acquired the Wm K Lyons Insurance Agency, a family-owned mainstay in the Bakersfield community since 1947.

The integration of these two companies will enable customers to access the most competitively priced personal, small business, and commercial lines of insurance products. The two agencies will retain their current identities with no changes in management.
