Call for Abstracts for Air & Waste Management Association's Specialty Conferences
PITTSBURGH, March 27, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Air & Waste Management Association has issued a Call for Abstracts for its specialty conferences: Visibility and Air Pollution, Vapor Intrusion, and the International Conference on Thermal Treatment Technologies and Hazardous Waste Combustors (IT3/HWC).
Visibility and Air Pollution will be held in Whitefish, MT on September 24-28, 2012 and this conference will provide a technical forum on advances in the scientific understanding of the effects of aerosol on urban, regional, continental and global scale haze and radiation balance. Vapor Intrusion will be held in Denver, CO on October 3-4, 2012 and will bring together internationally-recognized scientists, engineers, regulators, communications experts and attorneys with first-hand experience in the evaluation and remediation of Vapor Intrusion. IT3/HWC will be held in New Orleans, LA on October 22-24, 2012 and will provide a forum for the discussion of state-of-the art technical information, regulations, and public policy on thermal technologies and their relationship to air emissions, greenhouse gases, climate change, renewable energy or alternative energy production, and sustainability.
