Campus Management Earns Recognition as Best-of-the-Best in Professional Service by SPI Research
Campus Management ranked among top firms in newly published report, The 2010 Professional Services Maturity Model Benchmark
BOCA RATON, Fla., Feb. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Campus Management Corp. today announced that SPI Research, a recognized authority in technologies that impact the services sector, has ranked Campus Management among the top 15 firms for professional services best practices in its newly published report, the 2010 Professional Services Maturity Model Benchmark.
Of 225 participating organizations in the study, the top five percent of these firms significantly outperformed the benchmark average by excelling in all five service performance dimensions: Vision, finance and operations, human capital alignment, service execution, and client relationships. The benchmark covers six professional service segments: hardware and networking; software and software as a service (SaaS); systems integration; managed services, and management consulting.
The Top 15 firms significantly outperformed their peers and the benchmark average with almost double the revenue growth and 30% higher net profit.
According to Jeanne Urich, co-author of the benchmark report "One of the most prominent characteristics of the top firms is their singular focus on taking care of their employees via training and performance and career management. Investments in the care and growth of their employees manifest in loyal, happy employees who are proud to work hard for an organization that cares about them which in turn produces satisfied clients. These top-performing organizations were also distinguished by delivering projects on-time and on-budget, and following up each engagement with a satisfaction survey."
"Campus Management is pleased to be recognized as one of the top performers in IT professional services by SPI Research," said Stuart Feldman, vice president of professional services for Campus Management. "The results of this evaluation reflect our unique experience in providing nimble and efficient ERP solutions to higher education, as well as our unique approach. We are diagnostic rather than prescriptive in our approach to transforming an institution's business processes. With over 150 engagements a year, we are confident in our technology and methodology."
The 2010 Professional Services Maturity Model benchmark report was created by Jeanne Urich and R. David Hofferberth, P.E. Over 3,000 project and service-oriented organizations have come to rely on the fact-based analysis and deep insights SPI Research packs into its annual PS Maturity Model Benchmark report.
