Faith Selchick, of Westchester Medical Center Health Network, Honored
BASKING RIDGE, N.J., Sept. 30, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Cancer Nursing Today, an online news source for nurses and advanced practitioners in oncology, today announced that Faith Selchick, DNP, RN, AGNP-BC, AOCNP, OCN, the regional director of Cancer Services at Westchester Medical Center Health Network Western Region in New York, is the recipient of the Third Annual Cancer Nursing Today CARE Award.

Dr. Selchick is an oncology nurse leader with more than 15 years of combined clinical and leadership experience. She earned her BS in psychology from St. Thomas Aquinas College, her BSN from Duke University, her MSN from the Oncology Nurse Practitioner Program at Yale University, and her DNP from the University of Connecticut.
In her role as regional director of Cancer Services at Westchester Medical Center Health Network Western Region, Dr. Selchick oversees cancer services for three hospitals and an ambulatory care site, with direct oversight of all facets of oncology, including staffing, oncology nursing practice, ambulatory infusion sites, clinical workflows, operations, and more.
Sushil Bhardwaj, MD, FACP, of the Westchester Medical Center's Bobbi Lewis Cancer Program and Good Samaritan Hospital, nominated Dr. Selchick for the Third Annual CARE Award.

Dr. Selchick was named one of four finalists by a blinded selection committee of oncology nurses and advanced practitioners who reviewed all nominations. The Cancer Nursing Today readership and oncology nursing community voted to determine who would receive this year's CARE Award, naming Dr. Selchick as this year's recipient.
