Since 2013, Winter has directed product strategy at both established EHR providers and an AI-driven documentation company, focusing on innovative solutions to support clinical and operational needs.

She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Emory University and a master's in social work from Georgia State University. She is a licensed Master Level Social Worker (LMSW), and her background includes work on ambient listening products and intelligent intake solutions.
