Capital Alliance Corp. represents niche tech recruitment firm I.T. Works Recruitment in sale to The Planet Group

ATLANTA, April 14, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- I.T. Works Recruitment Inc. (ITWR), an Atlanta-based niche tech recruitment firm that places candidates in permanent and contract positions across North America, has been sold to The Planet Group, a Chicago-based leading provider of outsourced human capital and consulting solutions, and a portfolio company of MidOcean Partners.

Dallas-based Capital Alliance Corp., led by Neal England, managing director and human capital management practice leader, served as the exclusive M&A advisor to I.T. Works Recruitment.

ITWR, originally founded in the United Kingdom in 2004, expanded to the U.S. under the leadership of CEO Gary Dytor in 2013.
