ORLANDO, Fla., Oct. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Capital Corp's client seeks to buy out an existing structure with limited facilities and expand it into an all-inclusive resort that includes increased accommodations (including luxury accommodations), 2 large freshwater pools with swim-up bars, a bar/lounge, large restaurant with state-of-the-art kitchen, stores and gift shops, fitness facilities, spa, conference facilities, destination wedding venue, and casino - all spread over 400 feet of pristine, white sand beachfront.
