Capital Financial Global Signs Letter of Intent with Mining Operator for St. Louis Mine

SALT LAKE CITY, Jan. 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Capital Financial Global, Inc. (OTC:CFGX), announced today that it has signed a letter of intent with Gambit Trade Worldwide, a mobile precious metals retrieval and processing company, to mine its distressed St. Louis Mine.

"We are delighted to be in negotiations with Gambit to work our distressed St. Louis Mine," said Mr. Paul Norat, CEO of Capital Financial Global, Inc.  "Gambit has agreed in concept to finance its part of the operation for a split of the end proceeds, which puts us at much lower risk.
