Tyndall will succeed retiring VP and CFO Bob Erickson, and assume executive responsibilities of controllership, treasury, economic strategy and forecasting, reporting directly to CIG President and CEO, Peter Cazzolla.

With more than 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, Tyndall joined CIG in 2008 as the Accounting Manager, later attaining the position of Controller and Assistant Treasurer in 2011. Prior to joining CIG, he served as the Controller and Human Resource Manager for Public Risk Underwriters, where he was responsible for a wide variety of financial reporting and budgeting processes, as well as employee recruiting and training. He received his BSA and MSA (Accounting) from East Carolina University and has achieved the designation of Certified Public Accountant.
