Capitol Securities Management, Inc. Continues Expansion Plan with Opening of Newest Branch Office Location in Wilmington, NC

RICHMOND, Va., Jan. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Capitol Securities Management, Inc. is very pleased to announce the opening of its newest full service branch located in Wilmington, North Carolina.

The branch will be led by R. Marc McKoy and Angie C. King, both formerly of Merrill Lynch. Joining them in registered sales and customer support roles are Kevin Thompson and Kaitlyn Dolan.

The McKoy-King group brings to Capitol 50 plus years of combined investment experience, and over 100 million in customer assets with trailing twelve month revenues in excess of $1,000,000.

McKoy is a 1982 graduate of the University of South Carolina.  He began his investment career in 1991 and has been consistently one of the leading advisors in the Wilmington area for the past 23 years.  During this time, McKoy has worked for several of the major wire houses and bank brokerages including UVEST, Wells Fargo, Bank of America and Merrill Lynch.  Marc actively supports charitable organizations, including the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society, as well as numerous other causes. He and his wife, Terry, have two daughters, Madison 18 and Brittney 16.
