CALGARY, May 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ - Captiva Verde Industries Ltd. (the "Company") announces further to its news release of December 4, 2014, that the Company has received confirmation from the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE") that the common shares of the Company (the "Shares") are expected to commence trading on the CSE under symbol "VEG" at the opening of the market on June 2, 2015.  The Company has requested that its Shares be voluntarily delisted from the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange concurrent with the listing of the Shares on the CSE.

The Company also announces that further to its news releases of December 4, 2014 and February 10, 2015, that the Company has received subscription agreements and funds for 4,060,000 Units (as such term is defined in the Company's news release of February 10, 2015) at $0.25 per Unit (the "Offering").  The Company expects to close the current tranche of the Offering concurrent with the listing of its Shares on the CSE for gross proceeds of approximately $1,015,000.

The Company has officially launched its website at which is a source of detailed nutritional information on organic leafy greens and other pertinent corporate information.
