After five years, 200 iterations, and over 10 pending patents, the 10-cup Coffee Maker brings Caraway's materials-first approach to one of the most-used appliances in the home. At its center is Caraway's proprietary Clean Brew System, featuring a stainless steel and glass brew path where zero plastic touches water, paired with precision brewing and an intuitive, single-dial experience.

Caraway's Clean Brew System takes a different approach, pairing a glass water reservoir and carafe with a stainless steel shower head, brew basket, and reusable filter. The Coffee Maker is also free of PFAS, lead, and cadmium, and third-party verified by independent testing labs.
Materials were only the starting point. The Coffee Maker is precision-engineered for a consistently balanced, flavorful cup through precise temperature control, controlled bloom, and even saturation for optimal extraction. It brews between two and 10 cups and keeps coffee warm for up to 90 minutes.
