DUBLIN, Ohio, Dec. 17, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cardinal Health today announced that the Federal Trade Commission has granted early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 for its proposed acquisition of Kinray, Inc., a leading pharmaceutical distributor serving the New York metropolitan area. Cardinal Health now anticipates closing the Kinray transaction shortly.
