Carillon Miami Beach Names Ronel Corbin as Executive Vice President of Health, Wellness & Spa
MIAMI BEACH, Fla., Sept. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Carillon Miami Beach, the world-class oceanfront all-suite luxury lifestyle hotel situated on Miami Beach, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ronel Corbin as its new Executive Vice President of Health, Wellness & Spa. A renowned wellness spa expert, Ronel will oversee the growth and strategy of the Spa at the Carillon - the largest luxury wellness spa in South Florida - including top of the line fitness studios and the integrated health and wellness center.
With more than 20 years in the spa industry both in the U.S. and internationally, Ronel brings extensive experience to the iconic Carillon. She is well-versed in every phase of spa development and operations, from concept creation and initial design, to development, implementation, management and training. Most prominent in her professional history, Ronel served as U.S. Senior Vice President for UK-based ESPA International, overseeing North America and South America, including development of the brand, as well as development, training, management, recruitment and operations of ESPA's renowned spas.

Ronel knew early – at age eight – that she wanted to dedicate her life to helping people heal and lead more optimal lives through spa and wellness. Now well-known and respected as a spa professional, she is also a noted Chinese Medicine Physician with a quarter-century of experience in the Holistic Health and Wellness field. She is Nationally Board Certified in both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine, holds degrees in Natural Health Sciences and as a Doctor of Oriental Medicine. Ronel is licensed as an Acupuncture Physician as a Primary Care Provider with the Florida Department of Health.
Along with her expertise in Oriental Medicine, Ronel is also trained in many therapies and services related to spa, fitness, integrative health and wellness. Her passion about finding ways to help people heal is reflected in every aspect of her work and she strives to bring innovation to the world of wellness spas.
