Caring.com Expands Sales Team; New Hires Bring Expertise in Traditional and Online Media to Eldercare Site
SAN MATEO, Calif., Jan. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Caring.com is delivering on its promise to create the leading online destination in the large and growing eldercare category, by announcing the addition of two new sales executives, David Woods and Jason Carnahan, to its expanding sales team. Both Carnahan and Woods bring significant experience working with traditional and online media and will help to grow the company's portfolio across key consumer product group verticals.

David Woods brings more than twenty years experience to Caring.com, working with traditional and online media in director and management positions. Most recently David led Midwest sales efforts for Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S., owner of WomensDay.com, Elle.com, and other well-known media properties, creating digital solutions across the auto, finance, retail, and CPG categories. His experience also includes time in both sales and marketing capacities with Scripps Interactive, Bolt Media, Inc, and Times Mirror Magazines.
As Senior Director of Sales, David will anchor the company's Chicago presence, responsible for establishing new relationships in the Midwest market and creating digital programs for advertisers.
Jason Carnahan brings nearly a decade of sales experience to Caring.com. Most recently Jason supported advertising efforts for Quality Health and AccuWeather.com and AccuWeather mobile, including the sales and execution of online campaign across the health, pharmaceutical, finance, retail, and CPG categories.
As Director of Sales, Jason will focus on the New York and Mid-Atlantic market, developing new ad relationships and growing existing programs.
