Carlile Bancshares Continued Staff Expansion

FORT WORTH, Texas, Sept. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Carlile Bancshares, Inc., headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas recently announced the addition of Alan D. Masters, CRCM, as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for their organization.  He will be responsible for all Compliance initiatives for Carlile in Texas and Colorado.

Alan Masters has 20 years of banking experience that he brings to Carlile, and 9 years of specialization in the compliance field.  He has been designated a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager by the American Bankers Association.  Prior to joining Carlile Bancshares, Alan served in the areas of Corporate Compliance Training and Policy Management, as well as in a consultative role in Risk Management for consumer compliance and Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering.  He attended Northeast Louisiana University in Monroe, LA.
