Carrington's guaranteed approval in 30 days cuts processing time in half, as compared to the current 60-90-days approval of traditional mortgage applications. The 30-day timeline begins upon submission of the loan to the lender. Borrowers must return requests for documentation to Carrington UK within 24 hours of the request to be eligible for the offer.
