Cash Store Financial To List On New York Stock Exchange

EDMONTON, June 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - The Cash Store Financial Services Inc. ("Cash Store Financial") (TSX: CSF), Canada's largest alternative financial services company, today announced that its common shares have been authorized for listing on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE"). The Company expects the shares to begin trading on the NYSE on June 8, 2010, under the symbol "CSFS". The Company will retain its primary listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the trading symbol "CSF".

In connection with its application to list on the NYSE, Cash Store Financial filed a registration statement on Form 40-F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The Form 40-F filing is available at
