CastleRock at Denton to Reward Good Grades With Significant Rent Scholarships

DENTON, Texas, Jan. 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- CastleRock at Denton Student Apartments proudly announces a new program designed to help student residents and their families with the cost of college by offering Rent Scholarships commensurate with scholastic excellence. Tuition, books and meal plans can cost thousands of dollars each semester, not to mention the cost of housing. Students attending The University of North Texas (UNT) and Texas Women's University (TWU) can now apply to live in a newly updated, fully furnished apartment at CastleRock at Denton for up to a fifty-percent discount.

The scholarship opportunity program is called the Dean's List Incentive. The program allows students to live at CastleRock at Denton for up to half off the published rental rates for one semester with the opportunity to live at that discounted rate for subsequent semesters.

To qualify for the scholarship, students must have and maintain a 3.5 grade point average, and must also meet additional leasing criteria. CastleRock at Denton is proud to offer these Rent Scholarships to the first five qualified applicants who apply each semester.
