(OTCBB: CATS), provider of proprietary health management services to health insurers and employers, today announced the recent investment by Terren Peizer, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company which brought in proceeds of $2 million, with an additional $600,000 investment by separate investors, bringing the total proceeds to the company to $2.6 million. The investment and subsequent filings with the SEC were completed at the beginning of the fourth quarter 2013.
