With the signing of the federal spending bill, which allows states to decide on the growing of industrial hemp, a new industry is ready to explode in America. Governor Cuomo of New York signed an industrial hemp bill into law on December 17, joining a growing number of states eager to benefit from this industry and give American farmers new revenue streams.
