CCC Expands Mobile Offering for Android™ Mobile Technology Platform

CHICAGO, Oct. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- CCC Information Services Inc. announced today it has expanded its CCC ONE™ Mobile offering to include an application for the Android™ mobile technology platform, among the fastest growing platforms for mobile devices among consumers. The CCC ONE Mobile app allows users of the CCC ONE® Repair Workflow solution to step out from behind their desktops and manage production and repair orders from the shop floor and right from the palm of their hand. In the first week, more than 600 users have downloaded the CCC ONE Mobile app from the Android Market. The CCC ONE Mobile app for the iPhone® mobile digital device and iPod Touch® mobile digital device was introduced at the beginning of 2011 and has been downloaded by more than 3,700 users.

The CCC ONE Repair Workflow solution is an integrated shop management solution within the CCC ONE® Total Repair Platform, which provides repairers with the tools to manage a repair from assignment through to a completed repair. The mobile solution includes the ability to take photos of the vehicle and immediately upload them to carriers and a VIN scanning tool. The CCC ONE VIN Scan solution captures vehicle and vehicle-owner information and automatically populates that information into the CCC ONE platform, allowing estimators to simply open the workfile and begin to write an estimate.
