CCRE Bolsters Loan Origination Teams in the Southeast and Southwest Region

NEW YORK, March 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CCRE, a fully-integrated commercial real estate finance company, today announced the expansion of its real estate finance team with the appointment Steve Williams and Robert Krenek as Managing Directors. Mr. Williams will focus on expanding CCRE's loan origination platform in the Southeast region and will be based in the firm's Atlanta office. Mr. Krenek will focus on loan origination in the Southwest region and will be based in Dallas. Both regions report to Peter Scola, Co-Head of Origination and Capital Markets of CCRE.

Mr. Williams was previously Vice President with ING Investment Management, responsible for both balance sheet and CMBS loan origination in Texas and the Western U.S.  Earlier, he held senior positions at JP Morgan, GE Real Estate, Bank of America Securities and First Union Real Estate Capital Markets. Mr. Williams holds a B.A. from The University of the South in Sewanee, TN.

Mr. Krenek previously served as a Director at Wells Fargo Bank, where he worked in the problem loan resolution group after serving as a Director in Wachovia Bank's capital markets group originating CMBS and balance sheet loans in the Southwest. Before that, he served as Vice President at Deutsche Bank.  Mr. Krenek holds a B.A. from the University of Houston.
