Celebrity Cruises Embarks On Charitable Night Of Culinary Creation

MIAMI, Sept. 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Celebrity Cruises takes to the shore to present a one-of-a-kind evening filled with delectable dining, craft-cocktails, and live entertainment all in the name of charity. "An Evening Under the Michelin Stars", hosted by their very own Michelin-starred Chef, Cornelius Gallagher, takes place Saturday, September 24^th, 2016  at "The Studio", Celebrity's production headquarters inside a newly built, 130,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility located at 3001 NE 145 Street, North Miami, FL 33181.

This event brings some of Celebrity Cruises most special amenities on shore for one night in order to raise funds and awareness for the Children's Cancer Care Center.

The evening will consist of a carefully curated menu of craft-cocktails, delectable canapes, and a six-course dinner by Chef Cornelius Gallagher, Associate Vice President of Food and Beverage Operations for Celebrity Cruises and one of the only Michelin-starred chefs in the world to take to the high seas.

Guests will experience a full-scale musical production of Broken Strings, Celebrity Cruise's original performance which is currently featured onboard the Celebrity Solstice and Celebrity Reflection vessels. 100% of all proceeds from this event will benefit the Children's Cancer Care Center (CCCC), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to serving families of children who have cancer or chronic blood disorders with emotional, financial, and educational support necessary to cope with their life-threatening illness.
