SANTA MONICA, Calif., Nov. 26, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On December 2, 2013, celebrity athletes and actors will take to the links at the Calabasas Country Club in Calabasas, California to raise funds for two charities, ProCon.org and The Rehabilitation Foundation for Disabled Persons, U.S.

The tournament is hosted by the Canada California Business Council, whose mission is to support bilateral investment between Canada and California.

The event, the second in a two-part golf series, will raise funds for Rehabilitation Foundation for Disabled Persons, U.S. to help people in Canada and the United States with physical disabilities as a result of polio, and ProCon.org whose mission is to promote critical thinking, education, and informed citizenship by presenting controversial issues in a straightforward, nonpartisan, primarily pro-con format.

The tournament will also feature government and business leaders working both in the U.S. and Canada in the fields of business development, law, politics, and entertainment.

In addition to the chance to play at one of California's best golf courses, all guests will receive great swag bags, meals throughout the day, the chance to play for (2) top golfer prizes, and the coveted Celebrity World Challenge Golf Championship Trophy.
