Cellular Specialties Enhancing Fan Experience for Sunday's Big Game in New Orleans
N.H. Company Again Serving as Wireless Project Manager for 2013 Festivities
MANCHESTER, N.H., Jan. 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Cellular Specialties, Inc. (CSI), a recognized leader in the design and implementation of in-building wireless products and services, today announced it is overseeing the project management, design, deployment, and commissioning of the wireless infrastructure in and around the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, La., for Sunday's "Big Game."
The services provided by Cellular Specialties will ensure that many of the 1 million football fans who are expected to be in New Orleans for the weeklong celebration experience the event in ways they had previously been unable to thanks to enhanced wireless coverage in the stadium and surrounding hotels and convention centers. Cellular Specialties was brought on board to oversee the wireless infrastructure that supports the technologies and applications that have become part of the sporting fan's life including access to in-game video, scores, stats, social media and a host of other content for smartphones and tablets.

Cellular Specialties provided similar services for the 2012 "Big Game" in Indianapolis, Ind., where voice and data service providers said they handled as much as 2.5 times more data than in previous years.
