Center Realty Associates Selected as Broker -- Announces Web Acquisitions/Projects

BOCA RATON, Fla., Dec. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Center Realty Associates/Prestige International Realty was selected by Cypress Real Estate Advisors as a broker for their redevelopment project currently known as The Fountains at Town Center. Additionally, Center's President, local developer and Boca Raton Downtown Advisory Committee Chairman Glenn Gromann, was also selected as a special consultant for the project.

This highly anticipated mixed-use project in the Town Center area is expected to house high-end residential, retail, boutique hotel, and multiple restaurant uses. The redevelopment is currently in the design phase. "I think it will be the perfect catalyst in boosting the city's economy and tax base and will be in a league of its own," states Gromann who has indicated that the project has already attracted national attention and prospective tenants on the broker side. "Coupled with the excitement related to the ongoing and successful marketing and infrastructure improvements of Downtown Boca and the Promenade, the City has come alive with new projects and activity and is truly enhancing its reputation as an international destination," states Gromann.

In addition to the noted project, Center is seeking to develop at least two (2) major brand boutique hotels to be located in Delray Beach and Boca Raton and a residential apartment hi-rise in Boca. Gromann is also working on the soon to be exclusive Sofia Club to be situated on the penthouse level of The Milan office building he recently constructed in the Town Center area. "Sofia is going to be a unique and exclusive commodity with an international flavor," states Gromann who plans to tie club membership to exclusive worldwide benefits and amenities.
