Centerplate Introduces Series of Experience Enhancements for Lucas Oil Raceway at Indianapolis
INDIANAPOLIS, May 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Centerplate, the largest hospitality partner to North America's premier sports stadiums, convention centers and entertainment venues, announced a series of new menu concepts and fan promotions for the Lucas Oil Raceway at Indianapolis 2011 Season.
The concepts launch Saturday during the course of the Night Before the 500 when Lucas Oil Raceway at Indianapolis plays host to three of the most prestigious open wheel series in the country, the USAC Midgets, Star Mazda Championship Series presented by Goodyear, and the Cooper Tires Presents the USF2000 National Championship Series.

Menu Highlights
Fans will have several new menu items to enjoy this season including:
Pulled Pork Sandwich – Smoked pulled pork with a zesty barbeque sauce topped with fried onion straws on a pretzel bun.
Chicken Quesadilla – Shredded chicken with spicy seasoning and shredded cheese grilled between two flour tortillas served with fresh tortilla chips, salsa, and nacho cheese.
Wings Around the World – Hand shaken and prepared to order with an extensive assortment of sauces, including Traditional Buffalo, Barbeque and Sweet Red Chili and served with a side of fresh kettle potato chips.
Bosco Sticks – Pastry crust filled with cilantro, seasoned beef, and queso (cheese) sauce and served with Tortilla chips and Salsa.
Churro Stick – 12" Crispy pastry stick topped with cinnamon and sugar.
Mini Cookies – Mini crispy chocolate chip cookies served warm.
Fan Appreciation and Special Promotions
Centerplate will be offering fan appreciation promotions like a bottomless soda special that provide for free refills. Centerplate is pleased to offer other fan promotions that include great money saving offers during the course of the season at the quick-serve food stands across the facility. Guest Services Enhancements
To complement its culinary additions, the company has also initiated a series of enhancements to its service training and experience assurance initiatives.
