New Menu Concepts, Promotions, and Guest Services for the 2011 Denver Broncos Season

Additionally, Centerplate will be serving as hospitality host to this year's Super Bowl in Indianapolis and next year's Super Bowl in New Orleans.

Menu Highlights
Fans will have several new and signature menu items to enjoy this season including:
Green Chili Tots- Heaping mound of fried tater tots smothered in Pueblo, Colorado green chili and shredded cheddar jack cheese
50 Yard Philly- Our original Denver take on the traditional Cheese Steak, thin sliced rib eye grilled with julienne peppers and onions piled on an oven-fresh hoagie roll with aged Cheddar and Provolone
South Stands Steaks - Marinated beef tenderloin skewered and grilled with julienne peppers and onions on a rustic roll with a choice of Touchdown Teriyaki, BlitzBQ or straight up Big Bronco
1st And Fusion- A fusion of flavors! Teriyaki noodle/rice bowls featuring Wok-seared vegetables, with a choice of 5-spice chicken or peppered beef tossed and finished with crushed red pepper flakes and toasted sesame seeds including custom fortune cookies containing a chance to win food, beverage and Broncos merchandise!
