Havener Jr. to Senior Director of Investment Strategies. Chris will work directly with the CenterStar Energy Services' Senior Leadership team to set and maintain clear long-term growth investment strategies to benefit CSE's employees, shareholders and investors.
Chris brings over 30 years of capital markets experience to CenterStar Energy Services. He has extensive expertise in private equity placements and debt instrument in a broad range of transactions. During his career, Chris has placed well over $2 billion of capital in private equities.
Chris has an extensive background on Wall Street as an Investment Banker, Capital Markets and advisor to C-Level investment banking clients of their personal holdings of the firms with whom he worked. His career began at Alex.Brown & Sons as a Managing Partner (now Deutsche Bank), then served as Director and Founder of the investment Banking Services Group at Credit Suisse, and then as Senior Vice President of the Private Banking and Investment Group at Merrill Lynch. After departing Merrill Lynch, Chris created his own firm and later acted as a consultant for the business relationships he maintained.
Chris received a BA in Economics and History from the University of Maryland, College Park.
