Additional activities will occur throughout Women's History Month, and employees will be invited to join one of CenturyLink's 10 resource groups. Throughout the month, employees will show their support by posting pictures with the hashtag #ctlherstory or #ctlinclusion on their social media channels.

The main goals of the company's employee resource groups are employee development, community involvement, and customer and shareholder support. Women Empowered is CenturyLink's largest employee resource group with more than 1,800 members in 18 states and five countries.
In addition to the International Women's Day and Women's History Month events, CenturyLink produced a series of videos, including one from Laurinda Pang, CenturyLink's President of International and Global Accounts Management. The video series provides insight into how the accomplished women of CenturyLink got their start, sheds light on their love of technology and serves as encouragement for the next generation of women pursuing careers in science, technology, engineering and math. The series will be distributed internally to employees and then shared externally via social media.
