CenturyLink keeps Cisco Live always-on

MONROE, La., June 22, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Every year, Cisco Live, Cisco's IT and communications conference, draws thousands of attendees who expect seamless connectivity and always-on network availability. CenturyLink, Inc. (NYSE: CTL) will help ensure this comes to fruition for more than 28,000 expected conference-goers on June 25-29 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.

CenturyLink will support the Cisco Live Network Operations Center (NOC), delivering technology, monitoring, and control as well as expert on-site staff to enable high availability during the conference. CenturyLink has proudly supported the Cisco Live U.S. NOC since 2011.

This year's deployment will be one of the largest total transport capacities for a trade show, providing bandwidth totaling 557 gigabits of connectivity. Additionally, one event during Cisco Live will be held at the T-Mobile Arena, where CenturyLink has been delivering network connectivity since the venue opened last year.
