CEO of Keeper Security Selected as Recipient of 2017 Distinguished Alumni Award

CHICAGO, March 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Darren Guccione, CEO and Co-founder of Keeper Security, Inc., has been named 2017 Distinguished Alumni by the College of Engineering at Illinois at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Since 1965, Engineering at Illinois has honored a select group of alumni with the Alumni Award for Distinguished Service. This long standing tradition is a distinction the College bestows on alumni for exceptional accomplishments.

The selection process for the award consists of careful nomination followed by an evaluation of the submissions by the College's Awards Committee. The committee makes their selection on criteria, including outstanding leadership; contributions to the fields of engineering, physics, or computer science; creativity and entrepreneurship; and service to society, the professional community, and to the college, its departments or the university.
