Certeco Announces Expansion as Demand for Business Technology Change Increases

Increasing demand for delivery of services in the business technology change space means Certeco is expanding its senior team.

The UK based company, has seen over 18% growth since the start of the year and secured 7 new clients across the travel, communications and financial services sectors.

Certeco emphasise that the increased demand is partly due to the number of change programmes being driven directly from the business teams rather than from within IT. Gary Davies, Managing Director explained; 'So much of the change we are seeing is driven by increased regulation, merger and demergers and the need to improve and innovate customer facing systems. The business teams are driving this and we provide the expertise to help to deliver technology projects working hand in hand with their own IT support functions.'

Senior roles appointed

New roles for client directors and the consultancy practice team in the programme and project management (PPM), business analysis and test management will ensure Certeco continue to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.

Steve Nicklin, joins the consultancy practice this month from Ernst &Young, Steve will be Lead Consultant on a key account in the Insurance sector.

Natalie Coolbergen, Principal Consultant further enhances the team following the recent appointment of Anna Conte as Principal Consultant both within the PPM practice.

Ray Morris joins in August from PIPC as a Principal Consultant specifically to drive the development of our PMO delivery service within the PPM practice.
