Cetova Corp. Names Carol Knouse, Former Donna Karan CIO, VP of Customer Care

JERSEY CITY, N.J., Feb. 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Cetova Corp., (www.cetova.com) a leading provider of performance management software solutions, has named Carol Knouse, former Chief Information Officer and Senior VP of Donna Karan International, as its VP of Customer Care. In this role Knouse will focus on business growth and customer relations and liaise between Cetova operations and sales.

At Donna Karan, Knouse integrated business and technology teams after the company was acquired by LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton. Previous to that she was CIO at Louis Vuitton Americas and a senior VP and CIO at Lenox, Inc., manufacturer of fine china and crystal. Knouse was also CIO for Novartis Consumer Health.

A graduate of Thomas Edison State College (Trenton, N.J.) with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Computer Science, Knouse completed her executive training at MIT's Sloan School of Management. She also contributed to Gregory S. Smith's book, "Straight to the Top: Becoming a World Class CIO" and was a former member of eWeek's CIO Advisory Group.
