CF Rail Services Adds to Their Management Team at Hoosier Railcar

SCHAUMBURG, Ill., May 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- CF Rail Services, a subsidiary of Sasser Family Holdings, announced several changes and additions to their management team at Hoosier Railcar in East Chicago, Indiana. This includes the addition of Bill Keene as Plant Manager, Robert Hilliard as Repair Superintendent, and William Bradford as Purchasing Manager. Additionally, long-time employee Daniel Ruiz has accepted the role of Manager of Quality Assurance.

Over the past several years, CF Rail Services has experiences tremendous growth as their focus has been set on becoming the premier provider of railcar cleaning, repair, and refurbishment services. This growth has positively impacted the number of railcar repair facilities under the CF Rail Services group throughout the US. This growth has also impacted their longest standing facility, Hoosier Railcar.

Bill Keene brings his high caliber leadership and extensive knowledge in car repair and production management to his new role as Plant Manager of Hoosier Railcar.  His most recent experience included working at Rail Ready Railcar in Southern Illinois.

Robert Hilliard, also joins the organization from Rail Ready Railcar, bringing his tenure of experience to CF Rail Services as the new Repair Superintendent at Hoosier Railcar.

William Bradford has been named Purchasing Manager at Hoosier Railcar. Most recently with BNSF Railroad, Bradford joins the team with a breadth of experience in the rail repair industry.

Additionally, current employee Daniel Ruiz has accepted the role Manager of Quality Assurance at Hoosier Railcar. Daniel has his M.S. in Quality Assurance and will continue to play an integral role in supporting Hoosier Railcar as well as the entire CF Rail Services network of repair facilities.
