Eric Michelsen joins CFH Markets as Group COO based at CFH's Copenhagen office. Eric is considered one of the most respected and knowledgeable profiles in the Retail FX space globally with background from Saxo Bank where for 7 years he served as Vice-CEO and more recently in Deutsche Bank in London where he served as an MD and in charge of Margin Retail Flow Business.
As Group COO, Eric will be responsible for improving efficiency and quality in the firms operational processes. This will include lifting competency levels as well as automation of manual processes. Active participation in the continued development of the backoffice systems to cope with growing demand from clients for greater flexibility and increasing volumes is also on the task list.
