Charles Rutenberg, LLC Opens New Downtown Office

NEW YORK, July 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Charles Rutenberg LLC, one of New York City's largest residential real estate firms, today announced they will be opening a downtown office, tomorrow, July 8^th.  Stefani Markowitz, formerly of the Modlin Group, will serve as Broker of Record and Manager of the office located on the second floor at 379 West Broadway.

The new office is necessary given the growing number of Rutenberg Smart Brokers who work in the downtown area. The space is being rented in one of WeWork's communal office buildings and will serve as a satellite office with spaces available for the brokers to come and work as needed.
